VIRTUAL POP UP VENDOR INFORMATION
We’re “popping up” to kick off the summer!! We’re so happy you’re interested in joining us!! Our Hey Summer Pop Up will have space for about 25-30 makers and small businesses.
We are into celebrating the handmade and small business community – whether that is wood signs, hand-poured candles, organic skincare, or hand-cut accessories, we are open to it all. We are also interested in vintage/up-cycled items and curated boutiques, but please know we don’t accept any direct sales and are limiting the amount of certain products so we keep things fresh. You must have some type of website, shop, or social media so that shoppers can purchase from you.
Please know that just because you apply does not mean you are automatically given a spot – we will still review applications so that we have the best possible mix of makers and small businesses.

HEY SUMMER POP UP VENDOR INFORMATION
Dates: Friday, June 12 (preview night/virtual happy hour) and Saturday, June 13 & Sunday, June 14 (we will have a schedule for sharing and live maker sessions)
Cost: as always…Free* (see extras!)
Your Participation: We’re giving you options for participation for this pop up –
a.] Instagram/Facebook live session from your own social media account
b.] DIY workshop on your social media account
c.] pre-taped meet the maker session
d.] an Instagram/Facebook story.
These options are in addition to having your profile in the brand directory and PSM sharing your info on our social media. Completely optional, but definitely worth it to reach out to your shoppers. We are also requiring that each vendor repost/share at least 5 other vendors during the pop up (as a social media post or in your stories). We are not telling you who to share, but cross-promotion is always helpful.
Shopping Incentive: We’re doing a universal promo code: POPPISEED (if your shop allows it). You can choose the incentive (free shipping/local delivery, buy one get one free, gift with purchase, percentage/dollar off, etc). This is not a requirement, but always helpful for shoppers.
Father’s Day: If you are offering something special for Father’s Day (and/or graduation/summer-related), this would be a great time to promote that. Let us know so we can include it in our Father’s Day gift guide.
Photos: Please submit up between 5 – 7 photos for us to use for your promotion (where we are using them: Instagram post, Instagram story, Facebook post, and Website profile).
Our Participation: We will be creating all the marketing materials (we will send you graphics to use), a maker directory on our website of all the makers participating with links for people to shop from, Instagram & Facebook ads, and giveaway coordination (we will collect winner info and then share it with you).
Ad Fund: We will be advertising on Instagram and Facebook. If you’d like to donate to help us offset some of the cost, that would be awesome, but not required. We had donations of $2 to $20 (through Venmo/Zelle) in the past and that works perfectly this time as well.
Giveaway: We would like to a giveaway some time during the pop up. If you are able to donate, we’d greatly appreciate it. There is no minimum for your donation and we are not requiring a physical item (shop credit is also awesome).
